Enjoy this ocean view Villa with 5 air conditioned bedrooms, 5 baths, freshwater pool, and private Uvas Beach area, which is accessed across a quiet residential road.

Villa Las Uvas accommodates 14 guests comfortably and offers a unique homey environment decorated with furniture from Guadalajara and marble/granite accents to satisfy anyone's Caribbean dream vacation.

Your stay will become a tradition and each time you return, you will find more treasures. You may just wish to stay put and enjoy the full amenities of the Villa's expansive living and dining space, freshwater pool or private beach area with public access.

Main Level

You may lounge in the living room, compete with friends over a game of pool, utilize the stereo and large screen TV with satellite DVD, exercise in the complete gym, dine on the priceless granite dining table, or sneak in the kitchen for a quick snack. Vaulted ceilings, tile floors and full granite kitchen are open and airy to the living area with easy access to the freshwater pool and stunning beach across the residential drive. Just open the sliding doors in the living room to bring the ocean sounds right to your door, or enjoy a surround sound system inside and outside your home.

Request spectacular Cozumel meals at an additional cost prepared by Villa Las Uvas' on-site staff or enjoy your own creations, served on a gorgeous imported granite top dining table which can seat up to 10 people. The grand stairway leads from the spacious dining room to four large bedrooms on the second level. Breathtaking, unobstructed ocean views from 3 of the bedrooms, and a different color theme for each room adds to the homey uniqueness of the Villa.

This new Villa incorporates all the features you "wish" other villas offered. Just because you are on vacation, you do not have to miss out on your daily workout routine. A fitness room complete with a universal weight machine (free weights not for guest use), an aerobic bicycle, TV, and view of the ocean are available for your use at any time. After completing your workout, just step outside to the sparkling pool.

Second Level

The master bedroom features an orthopedic king sized bed, Luis XV furniture, a private balcony, TV and private bathroom. Enjoy the beautiful ocean, sunset and swimming pool views from the private balcony.

Villa Las Uvas boasts a 3rd Floor Sun Deck Palapa that is a fabulous location to catch some rays or enjoy a cocktail party! This level offers comfortable sun lounge chairs and a full bathroom with shower facilities. Most importantly, it is the perfect place to experience the most amazing sunsets the Caribbean has to offer!
